Najibullah Ayoubi serves as the General Secretary and Co-Founder of Afghanistan’s inaugural snowboarding community. He completed his early education in Kabul and is an alumnus of Mohammad Ismail Hassan High School, class of 2015. He later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering from Rana University.

Mr. Ayoubi has an extensive background in high-performance outdoor sports. He was formerly a professional skyrunner and hiker, and is the founder of the Skyrunning Federation of Afghanistan, an organization dedicated to the advancement of mountain endurance sports in the region. Additionally, he held the position of Financial and Administrative Director at the Afghanistan National Cycling Federation, where he was responsible for overseeing financial planning, organizational operations, and international coordination.

In partnership with Ahmad Romal Hayat, Mr. Ayoubi co-founded the first snowboarding community in Afghanistan. His leadership in this initiative culminated in his participation as part of Afghanistan’s historic debut delegation to the 2025 Asian Winter Games in Harbin—marking a pivotal moment in the nation’s representation in international winter sports.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at a public university in Germany. Mr. Ayoubi brings a multidisciplinary perspective that combines technology, leadership, and sports development, making him a distinctive contributor to both academic and athletic fields.
